Prior to forming Old Ironsides Energy in 2013, Mr. Carson spent eleven years with Liberty Energy Holdings, most recently serving as Senior Managing Director. In his capacity, he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing the firm’s private equity and oil and gas working interest portfolios. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Carson participated in Liberty Mutual Group’s Corporate Finance Development Program.

Mr. Carson holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of New Hampshire and an M.B.A. from Boston College. Mr. Carson is a member of the Investment Committee of Old Ironsides Energy and currently serves on the boards of Calyx Energy, Confluence Resources, Carbon Appalachian Company and the Board of Advisers of the Western Energy Alliance. He previously served on the boards of several Liberty Energy Holdings portfolio companies including O’Benco II. Mr. Carson is a member of the Independent Petroleum Association of America.

Gregory S. Morzano

Prior to forming Old Ironsides Energy in 2013, Mr. Morzano served as Co‐President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Energy Holdings, where he shared responsibility for all of the company’s investment and management decisions with Mr. Rioux. Before joining Liberty Energy as a Vice President in 2001, Mr. Morzano was a Vice President in Citigroup’s Energy Group, which he joined in 1994. He also previously served as a Captain in the Air National Guard and a Lieutenant in the US Army during the Persian Gulf War.

Mr. Morzano holds a bachelor degree from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. Mr. Morzano is a member of the Investment Committee of Old Ironsides Energy and currently serves on the boards of Calyx Energy, Brazos Midstream Holdings, Gary Permian Holdings, and Confluence Resources. Mr. Morzano previously served on the boards of several Liberty Energy Holdings portfolio companies including Wildcat Midstream Holdings, Laredo Energy, Wold Energy Partners, Enduring I and II, Plantation I, II, III and IV, Medicine Bow and the Western Energy Alliance. Additionally, Mr. Morzano serves as a director of Horizons for Homeless Children, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of young homeless children and their families.

Prior to forming Old Ironsides Energy in 2013, Mr. O’Neill spent nine years with Liberty Energy Holdings, most recently serving as Senior Managing Director. In his capacity, he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and managing the firm’s private equity and oil and gas working interest portfolios. From 2000 to 2004, Mr. O’Neill served as a Senior Associate in the Natural Resources Group at Bank of America and its predecessor FleetBoston Financial. Mr. O’Neill began his career in 1998 with Dynegy Marketing and Trade.

Mr. O’Neill holds a bachelor degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Mr. O’Neill is a member of the Investment Committee of Old Ironsides Energy and currently serves on the boards of Axia Energy, Brazos Midstream Holdings, Discovery Midstream Holdings, and Gary Permian Holdings. Mr. O’Neill previously served as director of several Liberty Energy Holdings portfolio companies including Wildcat Midstream Holdings, Laredo Energy, Wold Energy Partners and Vermilion Cliffs Partners. He also serves on the board of directors of the Independent Petroleum Association of America and the Boston Children’s Museum.

Prior to forming Old Ironsides Energy in 2013, Mr. Rioux was Co‐President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Energy Holdings, where he shared responsibility for all of the company’s investment and management decisions with Mr. Morzano. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Rioux served as Vice President of Liberty Energy Holdings. From 1993 until 2000, Mr. Rioux was employed by Liberty Energy Corporation, a subsidiary of Liberty Energy Holdings, LLC.

Mr. Rioux holds a bachelor degree in Finance from Bryant College and an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College. Prior to joining Old Ironsides Energy in 2013, Mr. Estwanik spent four years with Liberty Energy Holdings most recently serving as Investment Officer. In his capacity, he was responsible for the evaluation and execution of new opportunities and managing active investments in the firm’s private equity and oil and gas working interest portfolios. From 2005 to 2007, Mr. Estwanik served as an Investment Associate at First Reserve Corporation. Mr. Estwanik began his career in 2003, serving as an Analyst in the Natural Resources Investment Banking Group at Banc of America Securities.

Mr. Estwanik holds a bachelor degree in Business Administration, with distinction, from the University of North Carolina and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business at the University of Virginia. Mr. Estwanik currently serves on the boards of Discovery Midstream Holdings and Gary Permian Holdings. Prior to joining Liberty Energy Holdings in 2013, Mr. Joullian interned at Liberty Energy Holdings in 2012.

Prior to joining Old Ironsides in 2014, Mr. King served as an Upstream Analyst at Wood Mackenzie from 2013 to 2014. In this role, he was responsible for building commercial valuation models for E&P companies in the Continental U.S. and authoring event driven reports. Mr. King began his career at Ernst & Young’s Advisory Practice in 2011.

Mr. King holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Virginia Tech.

James Sullivan

Prior to joining Old Ironsides in 2017, Mr. Sullivan served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Energy group at Credit Suisse from 2015 to 2017. In this role, he worked on M&A and capital markets transactions for clients across the upstream, midstream, and oil service sectors. Mr. Sullivan began his career at JPMorgan Chase in the Energy Corporate Client Banking group.

Mr. Sullivan holds a Master of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

David B. Delmore

Prior to joining Old Ironsides Energy in 2014, Mr. Delmore was Chief Financial Officer of the Highland Consumer Fund where he focused on the operational matters of a $300 million consumer and retail private equity fund. He was responsible for all financial and administrative affairs. From 2000 to 2009, Mr. Delmore served as Controller at the Boston‐based private equity firm Thomas H. Lee Partners, L.P., where he was responsible for the finance and accounting of their private equity funds. Previously, David was the Director of Operations at Hemisphere Financial Services, and a Senior Consultant at Deloitte & Touche accountable for a broad range of administrative, financial and operational matters.

Mr. Delmore holds a bachelor degree in Finance from Boston College and an M.S.T. from Northeastern University. Mr. Delmore is certified with the Massachusetts Board of Public Accountancy, a chartered financial analyst through the CFA Institute, a board member of the Private Equity CFO Association in Boston and is published in the Journal of Taxation of Investments.

Prior to joining Liberty Energy Holdings in 2003, Ms. Downing held various accounting related positions in the Boston area.
