Daniel Rioux

Prior to forming Old Ironsides Energy in 2013, Mr. Rioux was Co-President and Chief Executive Officer of Liberty Energy Holdings. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Rioux served as Vice President of Liberty Energy Holdings. From 1993 until 2000, Mr. Rioux was employed by Liberty Energy Corporation, a subsidiary of Liberty Energy Holdings, LLC.

Mr. Rioux is a member of the Investment Committee of Old Ironsides Energy and currently serves on the Board of Directors of several Old Ironsides Energy portfolio companies. Mr. Rioux previously served on the Board of Directors of Energy Transfer Equity and Petrohawk Energy, among others. Mr. Rioux is a member of the Advisory Board of the USS Constitution Museum and is also on the Board of Trustees at Dexter Southfield School. 

Mr. Rioux holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Bryant College and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
